Come run with the St. George Running Club!! The Club currently meets on Monday's, Wednesday's, Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's. If you're just starting to running, looking for others to run with, or wanting to increase your speed one of these weekly workouts might be right for you. Each day is geared with a different pace and distance. All are welcome to come out and run, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
