Come run with the St. George Running Club!! The Club currently meets on Monday's, Wednesday's, Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's. If you're just starting to running, looking for others to run with, or wanting to increase your speed one of these weekly workouts might be right for you. Each day is geared with a different pace and distance. All are welcome to come out and run, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

2012 Winter/ Spring Schedule

MONDAY RUN:

TIME: 6:00 AM

LOCATION: Sullivan Virgin River Soccer Park (Google Map)

DISTANCE: 3-6 MILES

PACE: 11:00 - 8:00 MIN/ PACE

TUESDAY RUNS:

TIME: TRACK WORK WILL START IN APRIL

LOCATION: DIXIE STATE COLLEGE TRACK

DISTANCE: SPEED WORK

PACE: FOR ALL SPEEDS AND LEVELS 

THURSDAY RUN:

TIME: 5:00 PM (Spring Hours)

LOCATION: The Confluence Trail Head, South of the Dixie Center

DISTANCE: Between 8 - 10 miles

PACE: Progressive Tempo

SATURDAY RUN:

TIME: 6:00 AM

LOCATION: POSTED WEEKLY ON FACEBOOK

DISTANCE: Long run miles 13-20

PACE: ALL PACES min/pace
