Come run with the St. George Running Club!! The Club currently meets on Monday's, Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's. If you just starting to running, looking for others to run with, or wanting to increase your speed one of these weekly workouts might be right for you. Each day is geared with a different pace and distance. All are welcome to come out and run, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

THURSDAY RUN: TIME: 6:00 PM LOCATION: The Confluence Trail Head, South of the Dixie Center DISTANCE: Between 8 - 10 miles PACE: 6:40 - 7:30 min/miles
FRIDAY RUN: TIME: 5:30 AM LOCATION: CHANGES WEEKLY - CONTACT US WEDNESDAY DISTANCE: Between 13-16 miles PACE: 8:00 - 12:00 min/miles
SATURDAY RUN: TIME: 6:30 AM LOCATION: CHANGES WEEKLY - CONTACT US FRIDAY DISTANCE: Between 15 - 20 miles PACE: 6:40 - 7:30 min/miles
