Come run with the St. George Running Club!! The Club currently meets on Monday's, Wednesday's, Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's. If you're just starting to running, looking for others to run with, or wanting to increase your speed one of these weekly workouts might be right for you. Each day is geared with a different pace and distance. All are welcome to come out and run, if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

MONDAY RUN:

TIME: 6:00 AM

LOCATION: ST GEORGE RUNNING CENTER

DISTANCE: 6-8 MILES

PACE: 11:00 - 8:00 MIN/ PACE

WEDNESDAY RUN:

TIME: 6:00 AM

LOCATION: DIXIE STATE COLLEGE TRACK

DISTANCE: SPEED WORK

PACE: FOR ALL SPEEDS AND LEVELS

THURSDAY RUN:

TIME: 6:00 PM (Spring Hours)

LOCATION: The Confluence Trail Head, South of the Dixie Center

DISTANCE: Between 8 - 10 miles

PACE: 6:40 - 7:20 min/pace

 FRIDAY RUN:

TIME: 6:00 AM

LOCATION: POSTED WEEKLY ON FACEBOOK

DISTANCE: Long run miles 13-20

PACE: 11-8 min/pace

SATURDAY RUN:

TIME: 7:30 AM (Spring Hours)

LOCATION: CHANGES WEEKLY - CONTACT US FRIDAY AT THE ST GEORGE RUNNING CENTER

DISTANCE: Between 15 - 20 miles

PACE: 6:00 - 7:30 min/miles
