Nanna L. Meyer, PhD, RD - Sports Nutrition for the Runner.
Nanna Received her Masters Degree at Arizona State University
And her Doctorate degree at the University of Utah in exercise physiology in 2003. She is a registered dietitian and currently works for the Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (TOSH Sport Science) as a sports dietitian and physiologist.
Jim Waler, PhD - Training for a Marathon.
Jim has personal experience in running as a High School All-American, US Junior National Champion - 3 mile (5000m), and 3-time US Olympic Trials Qualifier. He has coached over 20 Olympians, USA Track & Field National Champions, USA Track & Field National Champions, NCAA All-Americans and he is the founder and director of TOSH Science.
